Some of my happiest patients, once they rid themselves of huge, heavy breasts and are “normal” once more. My goal, however, is to create a nice breast shape as well as making them smaller.
Patient #1 - 20 year old female, 5'9" and 164 pounds. Removed from right breast was 764 grams, left breast 683 grams.
Patient #2 - 35 year old female, 5'2" and 134 pounds. Removed 464 grams from right breast, and 525 grams from left breast.
Patient #3 - 19 year old female, 5'3" and 205 pounds. Removed 1,558 grams from right breast, 1,468 grams from left breast. Nipple pigmentation lost during healing because of free graft, but later returned to normal.
Patient #4 - 31 year old female, 5'6" and 138 pounds. Removed 280 grams each breast.
