Mastopexy involves removing excess skin but usually no fat or breast tissue. Occasionally this is combined with breast augmentation, if there is a paucity of breast tissue present.
Patient #1 - 36 year old female, 5'8" and 138 pounds.
Patient #2 - 44 year old female, 5'8" and 156 pounds (had lost 80 pounds after gastric bypass surgery). Had 275 cc implants placed at time of mastopexy.
Patient #3 - 62 year old female, 5'4" and 134 pounds.
Patient #4 - 32 year old female, 5'7" and 165 pounds after 70 pound weight loss.
