Important considerations are the patient’s desires as to her postoperative size and also what implant size is reasonable for the patient’s frame and tissues. My objective is to create breasts which appear naturally full for most patients.
Patient #1 - This 44 year old female was 5'0", 110 pounds, and wore a 34B bra. She wished a modest increase in fullness (to a small C). 180 cc implants were placed behind the pectoralis muscle.
Patient #2 - This 25 year old female was 5'7", 139 pounds, wearing a 34A bra. Her 290 cc implants behind the muscle took her to a C cup.
Patient #3 - This 28 year old female stood 5'6" and weighed 135 pounds. She went from 34A to full 34C with 330 cc implants behind the muscle.
Patient #4 - 5'4" and 120 pounds, she wore a 34 B bra before 325 cc implants behind the muscle gave her a small D cup size.
